The Consultant role looks slightly different from market to market, but the core is the same everywhere: you work closely with clients, you understand their business deeply, and you bring both analytical sharpness and genuine instinct to every assignment.

Do you combine a passion for people with strong commercial drive and relationship-building skills?

As Head of Consulting, you will own the development and growth of Birn+Partners' consulting business in Finland. You will work closely with our Managing Director and our consultants, and play a central role in building a stronger, more integrated offering alongside executive search. It is a role that brings together strategic development and hands-on business building.

The role:

• Build, lead and develop Birn+Partners' consulting portfolio — leadership development, coaching & mentoring, career advisory, and more

• Identify and open new client relationships, while growing the ones we already have

• Act as a trusted sparring partner to clients on executive and board-level questions

• Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities together with the executive search team

• Contribute actively to international collaboration and to development at Nordic and European level

• If you wish, work as a consultant yourself across executive search and board services.

What we are looking for: For someone who combines strong commercial thinking, a consultative approach, and the drive to build something new.

• Experience in leadership consulting, advisory, or a comparable business

• The ability to develop consulting services and a track record of selling them to demanding clients

• A strong understanding of organisations, leadership, and change

• A proven record of growing a business or building something from the ground up

• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills

• Fluent Finnish and English (Swedish is an advantage).
