Jan Petter Forberg Halvorsen is a highly experienced headhunter and leadership coach with over 30 years of leadership expertise.

For the past two decades, he has supported large international organisations in areas such as leadership development, strategy execution, organisational change, and growth initiatives.

He has collaborated closely with leading companies in biotech, pharmaceuticals, high technology, aviation, and finance. In recent years, Jan Petter has also served as a mental trainer and executive coach, helping senior leaders and middle managers refine their leadership approach and enhance performance.

In addition to his advisory work, he is chair and board member in several companies across diverse industries.
