The Consultant role looks slightly different from market to market, but the core is the same everywhere: you work closely with clients, you understand their business deeply, and you bring both analytical sharpness and genuine instinct to every assignment.

The role:

• Focus on, work with, and advise Life Science clients across all of our services — Pharma, Biotech, Medtech, and Healthcare

• Partner with executive teams and boards on the leadership challenges specific to the sector, from scaling clinical-stage organisations to strengthening commercial and regulatory leadership

• Lead and contribute to executive search and leadership advisory assignments for roles such as CEO, CMO, CSO, and senior commercial, regulatory, and market access functions

• Build and develop long-term relationships with Life Science clients and actively grow your own portfolio

• Identify and convert new commercial opportunities, not just manage existing ones

• Collaborate with experienced colleagues across Europe, sharing sector knowledge and leads across borders

• Work with real autonomy, supported by a strong internal platform, shared tools, and cross-border marketing infrastructure.

We imagine you have:

• A strong C-level network within Life Science or experience from leadership roles in pharma, biotech, medtech, or healthcare or have an existing client base in Life Science

• Enough scientific and commercial literacy

• Proven commercial drive and a genuine interest in business and people

• Excellent advisory and relationship-building skills

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to simplify complex challenges, from regulatory pathways to organisational design

• Fluency in Swedish and English.

We have a dedicated Life Science Industry Practice Team with deep, specialised knowledge across Pharma, Biotech, Medtech, and Healthcare and a strong track record of placing and advising leaders in industry. The team understands both the science and the commercial realities behind it: regulatory complexity, long development cycles, and the leadership profiles that turn research-driven companies into scalable businesses.
