As Managing Director at Birn+Partners, an international recruitment and consulting firm, I help organisations to succeed by finding the right talent and developing the right organisational leadership structure and culture. I have more than 20 years of experience in various roles and industries, including marketing, sales, business development, networking, and human resources.

My mission is to enable exceptional leaders who can navigate and utilise the opportunities and challenges of tomorrow while delivering at the highest level.

I have a Master in Web & Digital Marketing and multiple certifications from Google and IAB Europe, which allow me to leverage the latest tools and techniques to reach and engage with potential candidates and clients.

I also speak five languages and have worked in more than 16 countries, which gives me a unique perspective and understanding of different cultures, markets, and industries.
