Industrial Controller
The Position
The Industrial Controller is responsible for ensuring accurate control of production costs and inventory, with a strong focus on margin analysis, cost variances and operational efficiency.
Reporting to the CFO, s/he will play a key role in driving business performance by overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor production costs and calculate product margins
Analyze cost variances (materials, labor, overhead) and investigate deviations
Monitor and control inventory levels (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)
Support monthly closing activities with production and inventory data
Develop and maintain standard costing and accounting
Collaborate closely with production and supply chain teams
Support budgeting and forecasting processes related to production and inventory
Work on the project's income statement
Monthly marginality analysis; deviations with budget
Requirements
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar
Significant experience of industrial/plant controlling in manufacturing environment
Solid skills in Excel
Solid skills in ERP/MRP system
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good professional knowledge of English
Good use of Alyante (Gamma Enterprise) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) would be preferred
