We are now looking for a commercially driven and relationship-oriented Partner Development Manager - Software - to help accelerate Pedab’s continued growth within software and next-generation technology solutions.
The Position
As Partner Development Manager - Software, you will play a key role in driving growth and market development across Pedab’s software business in Sweden and the Nordic region.
Working closely with vendors, reseller partners and internal sales teams, you will be responsible for strengthening partner engagement, accelerating software growth and creating commercial momentum across Pedab’s ecosystem.
The role combines strategic business development with hands-on commercial execution. You will work with business planning, partner development, go-to-market activities and vendor growth initiatives while helping drive adoption and market expansion across Pedab’s software portfolio.
This is a role for someone who enjoys building business, developing partnerships and creating long-term growth in a fast-moving technology environment.
Success in the role requires the ability to build relationships and create credibility across all levels of an organization, including partner owners, business unit leaders, sales management and executive stakeholders within both vendor and partner organizations.
Your Profile
We are looking for a commercially driven and entrepreneurial individual who enjoys building relationships, developing ecosystems and creating sustainable business growth.
You have experience from software, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure software or related technology environments and understand how vendors, partners and customers interact within a channel-driven business model. Most likely, you have gained this experience from a software vendor, reseller, systems integrator or another technology-focused organization operating within the software ecosystem.
You have a proven ability to develop business opportunities, build partner engagement and drive commercial growth. You are comfortable creating business plans, building pipeline, driving market activities and turning opportunities into measurable results.
As a person, you are energetic, proactive and commercially minded. You enjoy identifying new opportunities, building long-term relationships and creating momentum in the market. You combine strong communication skills with a structured and results-oriented approach and have the ability to create trust and engagement among both internal and external stakeholders.
