On behalf of Pedab Denmark, we are looking for a Technical Sales – AI to help develop and drive AI-related opportunities through Pedab’s partner ecosystem.
Pedab is a value-added distributor of IT solutions and services, working with selected technology vendors and a strong ecosystem of resellers and partners. The company is entering a new phase of growth, with the ambition to become a leading value-added distributor in Northern Europe.

A visible role in a key growth area
AI is becoming a business-critical agenda for companies, partners and vendors. In this role, you will help Pedab and its partners translate AI possibilities into practical use cases, business outcomes and commercial opportunities.
You will become an important voice in partner and vendor dialogues, helping create understanding, direction and confidence in an area where many companies are still defining their approach.
Technology with commercial impact
This is not a pure implementation role. You do not need to be a developer, but you must have enough technical depth to create trust in conversations about AI models, automation, data, infrastructure, sovereignty and vendor technologies.
At the same time, you must be motivated by the commercial side of technology — understanding partner needs, supporting opportunity development and helping turn technical possibilities into sales momentum.
Partner enablement and ecosystem development
Pedab works through a strong partner ecosystem, and a central part of the role is to help partners build knowledge, confidence and commercial readiness within AI.
You will work closely with Partner Development Managers and selected vendors to identify, qualify and develop AI-related opportunities across the Nordic market.
Your key responsibilities
Your overall responsibility will be to help Pedab Denmark develop and drive AI-related opportunities through its partner ecosystem.
Your tasks will include:
· Providing technical and commercial guidance to partners within AI.
· Translating AI-related technology into understandable business outcomes and practical use cases.
· Supporting partner meetings, workshops, enablement sessions, demos and technical presentations.
· Helping qualify and develop AI opportunities together with Partner Development Managers and vendors.
· Supporting solution design, technical clarification, RFP responses and proof-of-concept activities where relevant.
· Acting as an internal go-to person for AI-related technical questions.
· Collaborating with selected vendors on AI initiatives, campaigns and partner activation.
Who are you?
You have a background from the IT industry and experience from a role where technology, business and customer or partner interaction meet.
You may come from a consulting company, software company, technology partner, system integrator, reseller or a larger organisation with practical AI transformation experience.
You are not expected to know everything. But you are expected to be curious, credible and able to build a clear point of view.
You likely bring experience with several of the following areas:
· Practical experience with AI-related projects, solutions or transformation initiatives.
· Understanding of AI models, automation, data and AI sovereignty.
· Ability to translate technical subjects into clear business language.
· Experience from technical sales, pre-sales, solution advisory, consulting or business development.
· Understanding of channel, partner or reseller dynamics.
· Experience presenting complex topics clearly to different stakeholder groups.
· Interest in — and preferably knowledge of — IBM’s AI-related technology and the Watson family.

You communicate complex topics in a clear, structured and engaging way. You are comfortable presenting, facilitating workshops and telling a compelling story around technology and business value.
You influence others through credibility, preparation and a clear point of view. You are commercially curious, relationship-oriented and able to connect technology to real value for partners and customers.
You enjoy learning and are motivated by staying close to a fast-developing technology area.
Pedab has an office-first culture, and the working day is expected to start and end at the office or at partner/customer sites. The role has a Nordic dimension, and travel should be expected.
