Birn+Partners is growing in France and looking for an experienced, business-driven Executive Management Consultant to join our international team.
At Birn+Partners, we build success through trust, insight, and partnership. With 15 offices across Europe and 70+ colleagues, we collaborate closely across borders to deliver high-quality Executive Search, Leadership Consulting, and Board Education to our 600+ clients.

The Role
As part of our French team, you’ll:
· Advise top executives and owner-led companies on leadership, strategy, and organizational development
· Lead executive search processes for key leadership positions
· Coach leaders through their first 100 days and support team and leadership development
· Contribute to and promote our Board Services
· Build and nurture client relationships while developing your own portfolio
· Collaborate with colleagues across Europe on cross-border assignments
You’ll be supported by a strong in-house team in research, marketing, business development, and assessment — giving you the freedom to focus on what you do best: creating value for leaders and organizations.
What You Bring
We imagine you have:
· A strong network at C-level or experience from leadership roles in the private sector
· Proven commercial drive and a genuine interest in business and people
· Excellent advisory and relationship-building skills
· A master’s degree or equivalent professional experience
· Strong analytical thinking and the ability to simplify complex challenges
· Fluency in French and English
