Senior Transformation Manager - Fertin Pharma A/S

The Position

Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, the Senior Transformation Manager plays a pivotal role makeing sure that the corporate strategy is translated into tangible and measurable operational results, with a strong focus on cross‑functional delivery. The candidate will work closely with the Head of Strategy, Senior Strategy Manager and the rest of the organisation to ensure long-term value creation in a complex and highly regulated industry.

Key responsibilities are to:

• Ensure corporate strategy is translated into tangible and measurable operational results, with a strong focus on cross‑functional delivery

• Own and manage the portfolio of strategic and transformation initiatives (strategic enablers) end‑to‑end

• Drive cross‑functional execution of prioritized strategic initiatives across functions and sites

• Lead effective change implementation, supporting functional in planning and delivering large change initiatives

• Track execution progress, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization, taking corrective action where required

• Provide transparent and structured reporting on execution status, risks, and outcomes to Executive Management

• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities related to execution effectiveness and ways of working

• Proactively identify execution risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

• Partner closely with the Senior Strategy Manager and ensure transformation initiatives remain aligned with corporate strategy and strategic priorities throughout execution

The Senior Transformation Manager provides indirect leadership towards analysts within strategy office and cross -functional interaction, influencing and impact. The candidate partners closely with the Senior Strategy Manager making sure that the Strategy is deployed.

Candidate Profile - Qualifications and Experience

The position requires an advanced master’s degree within e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field. Candidates should have at least +5 - 8 years of experience and with a strong track record with program & project management with focus on transformation projects.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong communication and stakeholder management/ influencing capabilities is crucial to succeed in this role. Furthermore, strong execution mindset and change leadership capabilities. Experience from a production company and in complex, multi-site or international environments is preferable. Fluent in written and spoken English is a must
